若返り キウイ ジュース Rejuvenating kiwi juice

Hi there! Finally I have posted my first video for Foods for beauty and health. hehe!

This will be an every month video.

This month's beauty recipe is taken from Ray's magazine April 2012 issue.

Ray is a Japanese fashion magazine and it's also my favorite magazine! I like it more than any other magazines such as Vivi, JJ, Jelly and etc. hehe!

Mina will be another magazine that I like; however I do prefer the fashion style that is shown in Ray more than Mina.

Alright, here is the information given by Ray.

Kiwi  has abundant vitamin C content that contributes to skin whitening. In addition, it also promotes collagen production, which is good for anti-aging. It also has vitamin E, which will slow down aging. Hence, it's really good for beautiful skin and anti-aging purpose.

Soy milk on the other hand has isoflavones that helps to smoothen the skin texture.

I do not have the routine of drinking juice but now I want to try to incorporate it into my daily morning routine.

I drink this juice first thing in the morning, 30mins before breakfast for best absorption.


Oh! I forgot to say that yoghurt is not only good for our skin but also good for our body due to its friendly bacteria.

Announcement!!

Just here to make some quick announcement.

I have decided to start a segment on "Food for beauty".

Well, it's nothing insanely deep or scientific about it. haha!

It will be some information on certain foods and how you can make it for consumption for beautiful skin. hehe!

I mean, I personally do like cooking but apart from cooking, my 2nd love will be about beauty. haha!

I have been constantly reading up on books, magazines or even search up on the internet on foods that's good for skin and especially effective for anti-aging. haha!

I know I am not as young as most of the subscribers that I have but as you guys reach my age one day, you will have the urge to do anything anti-aging as well.. trust me! You will. haha!

So, yeah.. This is the idea that I have for this "Food for beauty" segment.

It will be mostly on juice and soup. Beauty juice and soup for beautiful skin.

Tomorrow, I will upload my first simple video for this segment.

I will mention from which article or book or even website that I learned it from. So, don't worry...

I am not claiming the recipes as my own idea or whatsoever. I can be honest about this. I am not a nutritionist or any certified beautician. hehe!

Most of the beauty recipes that I know is mainly from articles, magazines, books or even internet.

I wish to share what I have learned or read to everyone who is reading my blog or watch my video.
